HV Installation Design Engineer Placement
We are seeking an undergraduate to join the HV Projects team. This role provides the opportunity to be involved in multiple large HV cable projects throughout the UK.
What You Will Be Doing
Typical tasks include:
- Preparation of engineering designs for high voltage cable installation projects
- Support and technical assistance to Project Engineers and Project Managers
- Development of standard calculations packages
Who We Are Looking For
- Studying for a degree in Engineering or a related subject
- Analytical, organisational and logical skills
- IT skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience of using CAD tools and systems would be an advantage.
