Through desk shadowing rotations and a variety of networking events you will gain a wide range of practical experience and interpersonal skills with a bank that’s truly driving change in the financial and digital world.

Your Qualifications:
We recruit highly intelligent individuals who are ambitious and adaptable. They are studying for degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background.
