Join us, on one of our 12-month internships, and you’ll gain priceless insight into what our People teams do – attracting, developing and engaging employees and managers to ensure we meet our north star of the most recommended brand for employee advocacy.
What’s it all about?
A People Internship gives you hands-on experience either in one of our Centres of Excellence or as a support to our People Business Partners. It’s a great opportunity to learn about the inner workings of our organisation and develop transferrable skills that you can call on throughout your career.
After an internship with us, you’ll have all the knowledge, skills, experience and exposure you need to thrive in your final year at university – and you’ll also have gained a real head start in your career.
How are you going to get there?
We’re looking for interns who are future HR leaders. So, you need to be resilient, commercially driven and passionate about learning, as well as having exceptional communication and influencing skills. You also need to be interested in using data and insight to inform decision-making, as this will be crucial to shaping our People strategies in the future. A predicted 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject such as Business and HR, Psychology or Human Resources Management is essential.
