The role sits within the ASC UK Business Operations department, which includes Media, Corporate and Internal Communications, Marketing and Business Development. If successful you will work for the Capability Development & Political Affairs manager, but may also have input into the Contract Management function of the Business Ops department. The role is varied and often requires high levels of flexibility and multi-tasking in an ever changing, unusual and exciting environment.

During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;

  • Merchandising and Marketing - identifying new and exciting ways to promote the ATLAS brand through publicity and merchandising
  • Customer / internal engagement - conducting face to face meetings with customers and internal staff, potentially leading on some projects and visits
  • Corporate Hospitality - assisting with organising high profile corporate events Project & Event Management - managing smaller internal events and projects, taking responsibility for outcomes, budgets, timescales etc
  • Corporate and Internal Communications - finding new ways to ensure that information reaches target audiences and the A400M Atlas Force achievements are recognized
  • Administrative tasks - for example stock taking of merchandise, preparing briefing notes and presentations, writing MoMs/RODs, office management tasks as required.
