System Support Placement - London

Introduction to the System Support Team:

Oracle is looking for motivated, ambitious university students to join us for their placement year or finalists seeking post-graduation experience. Responsibilities:

Working alongside a team of Field Engineers and Technical Account Managers, you will be responsible for providing field system support services including hardware break fix, maintenance and product installations on customer sites, interfacing with Dispatch, Logistics and Technical Domains in accordance with activities set out in the on-site Action Plan.

You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met through effective delivery of technical support and proactive service programs by interfacing between the customer and the Domains.

You will proactively help to find problem resolution through the use of system level diagnostics and escalation procedures. Understanding service processes and being able to identify and solve a wide range of problems will ensure your success.

• Studying for a University degree in Computer Science, Management, IT, or Technical based disciplines
