We have a fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our President’s Office based at our EMEA Regional Head Office on a 12 month placement. This placement is ideally suited to an undergraduate who is looking to gain practical administrative experience within the hospitality sector.
During this internship you will directly support the Area President for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), working very closely with his PA to coordinate a range of activities, projects and presentations. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of our Executive Team.

You will be part of a cohort of approximately 30 Interns who are spread across various departments, and will be involved in our unique intern programme. This includes monthly meetings and assignments which are designed to support your development.
Day to day, you will support the PA to our Area President with a range of administrative tasks including diary management, correspondence, travel arrangements, processing reports & expenses and maintenance of filing systems & key contact lists.
You will act as an initial point of contact for any queries or complaints that come through the President’s Office and will be involved in the planning and organizing of all major company conferences, functions and dinners.
You will also assist with the preparation of complex and detailed presentations and will meet and greet any guests of the President’s Office as required.
