What experiences can you offer me?

In summary working within the materials engineering team at Caterpillar you will be collaborating with diverse engineering teams and we are looking for your innovative ideas!

Experiencing several engineering departments ranging from Engine Test to Computer Aided Engineering will hone your problem solving and analytical skills using tools such as Six Sigma.

You will also have the opportunity to work and collaborate with people in Caterpillar facilities worldwide and we are looking for you to bring fresh, innovative ideas to solve complex technical problems. You will be a fully involved team member with responsibility and accountability for key project deliverables. That said, you will be given all the support you require to be successful.

We also operate a conditional offer process to our highest performing placement students.

Who are we looking for?

Applicants should be studying for a degree in a Materials Engineering related degree and be on track to achieving a minimum of a 2:2.
