The Brand Management Team is the key contact between Group Brands and VWFSUK ensuring mutual commercial objectives are met.

By joining our highly motivated and experienced team, you will get insights into the most recognisable Brands in the UK - Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini and develop an excellent understanding how we work in VWFS UK. A great basis for a future career either in the automotive or financial services sector!

You will provide cross-team support for a range of operational work, e.g. regularly monitor and analyse key data to improve commercial performance, you will assist team members in organizing, structuring and driving joint projects and initiatives across both businesses allowing you to develop project management skills.

About the role

• You will assist the Brand Management Team in organising and running meetings, delivering actions to meet agreed project objectives.
• Complete own projects, sponsored and overseen by a team member.
• Drive joint projects developing your future project management skills.
• Analyse key data for the Brand Management team, reporting through a variety of different methods.
• Ensure monthly Brand Management Meetings are run efficiently, organising the event and agenda, capturing key actions on the day.

About you

• Great skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Studying towards a Business Management, Economics or Mathematics related degree
• Strong interest in the financial services, automotive and mobility industry.
• Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Proactive attitude when approaching tasks.
• Comfortable developing positive working relationships and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilient and hard working
• Structured and organised with the ability to plan and prioritise.
