We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, focused and team orientated individual to work alongside our brands and deliver finance and service campaigns for the retailer network.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Campaign and Operations Manager and support and assist the Campaign Development team in the design, implementation and execution of our national finance campaigns and service plans across our Brands.

About the role

• Assist in delivering financial campaigns across new and used vehicles
• Resolve campaign related queries from Brands, VWFS sales team and other internal stakeholders
• Support the management of our campaign communications both for our retailer network and our end customers
• Conduct industry research to help identify the future campaign landscape
• Work with other internal business area’s to drive process improvements, ensuring campaign launch activities are managed effectively
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of all regulatory and compliance related issues impacting the job and our market

About you

• Studying towards a Business or Accountancy related degree
• Analytical with a clear eye for detail and an organised approach to work
• Able to plan and prioritise work
• Strong numerical understanding is key
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• A good understanding of Microsoft Excel; you will be taught everything you need to know but a good understanding will enable you to pick things up quickly
• A team player with a positive attitude and resilience
