The Commercial Development Undergraduate will support the Commercial Development team in ensuring that any change is managed through the relevant channels ensuring the right outcomes are delivered for our customers.

• Support the Commercial Development team in building and maintaining a set of reusable governance tools and templates
• Responsible for collation of information from all Product teams for monthly Board reporting
• Support Commercial Development team with product and channel analysis
• Provide administrative support of key Digital tools used
• Work with the Product Operations Executive to improve the portfolio management tools
• Work with the Commercial Development team by supporting/contributing towards strategic reporting/analysis on the market and VWFS portfolio
• Support with the raising and tracking of product resource requests as required
• Provide creative support for the product marketing, creating communications, posters, Info graphics and videos when required
• Provide support for events and activities within Commercial Marketing & Innovation and the wider business

About you

• Studying towards a Business related degree
• A keen interest in Digital, Technology and creative approaches
• A strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will need to interact with co-workers and build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups
• Good problem solving skills to find creative solutions to complex problems
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
• Creative expertise using multiple tools from PowerPoint to iMovie / other video editing software
• Emotionally intelligent, resilient and energetic
• Drive and ability to work under tight timelines
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
