Energy Market Analytics Intern
Our Energy Market Analytics team contributes to the development of commercially relevant fundamental analysis to support primarily our European gas desk but also our LNG and power desks as and when needed.
What are my responsibilities?
You will support the team in day to day activities such as:
- Developing market views, models and conceptual frameworks to further the desk’s understanding of short- and medium-term fundamental dynamics
- Developing tools to monitor market developments and efficiently disseminate information within the business
- Communicating views and findings to traders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
What do I need to qualify for this internship?
- You will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Computer Science.
- You will need to possess strong analytical skills.
- You will be proficient in Excel with proven programming skills, ideally Python.
