SAP Concur is a fast-growing, cloud-based business, focusing on expense, travel and invoice management that gives companies greater visibility into their spend. SAP Concur was acquired by SAP 4 years ago and with our growing partner community is helping to strengthen the SAP cloud platform strategy. SAP Concur will have its own intern community based in Maidenhead. Additionally, interns will be encouraged to work from other offices on occasion to collaborate and socialise with the wider intern community in Greater London.

The Role

As a Service Support Associate, you will be working as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team. You will be exposed to various aspects of the SAP Concur line of business. This will include but not be limited to gaining an understanding of the SAP Concur Travel platform and related products/services, an understanding of customer business requirements and value proposition, experience in executing service methodologies and exposure to problem solving discipline. Key responsibilities include assisting departmental staff and leadership in execution of business objectives, opportunity to interact with customers and cross functional tasks and activities as defined by management. Throughout your successful placement year in the vibrant and diverse team you will grow and develop in many areas, gaining invaluable skills in communication, organization, analytics and problem solving. Beyond this, you will gain exposure to and have the opportunity to gain skills in managing and configuring a Cloud Based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and delivering world class service in a Business to Business (B2B) environment.

Role Requirements

• Willingness to understand complex business needs and propose innovative solutions
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and across offices
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Business / Accounting / IT experience is preferable but not necessary
• Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
