Our Insurance Products and Financial Planning Solutions teams are always looking for ways to make our customers’ futures more secure. They help millions of people protect themselves and their families by supporting their long-term financial goals and designing products that meet their needs. You could join them over the summer; explore your interests, discover new ones and make an impact for some of our 10 million insurance customers. Throughout this 10-week paid Internship, you’ll work on national projects with knowledgeable and supportive teams, develop skills that will establish the foundations of your career and take part in volunteering initiatives that give back to communities.
If you’re focussed, good at listening to people’s needs and want to collaborate with others in order to achieve results, you can make a big impact with us.
Day to day you could be:
- Supporting projects that will increase opportunities for Lloyds Banking Group
- Identifying trends to ensure the best outcomes for our customers
- Helping to build products and services delivered through a variety of channels and channel propositions to support our customers’ needs
- Collaborating with teams across the business to create new opportunities for our customers
- Developing your digital and leadership skills
- Actively playing a part in our journey to become the bank of the future.
Your development
We’ll support your development and help you to prepare for the future world of work from day one. You’ll learn how to network across a national organisation, use next-generation technology and join volunteering initiatives, as well as receive training from experienced business leaders who’ll inspire you to develop as a person and a professional.
