Our Client Solutions teams help businesses of all shapes and sizes to trade globally or to invest in Britain. They design and provide products that help our clients to attract and retain global investment. Your career journey starts here

Throughout this 10-week paid Internship, you’ll work on a variety of projects with knowledgeable and supportive teams, develop skills that will establish the foundations of your career and take part in volunteering initiatives that give back to communities. If you’re analytically minded, interested in learning how our products and services help our clients – and how technology is transforming the way we work – you can make a big impact with us.

Day to day you could be:

  • Helping to champion innovation, pioneer new ideas and take them to market
  • Building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Learning about how we manage our clients’ financial needs through trade instruments, loans and bond financing
  • Understanding Market Risk and what this means for our clients and also our business through trading activities
  • Supporting client discussions to deliver risk management solutions through sales projects
  • Researching the market to discover regulatory and sector changes
  • Actively playing a part in our journey to become the bank of the future.

Your development

We’ll support your development and help you to prepare for the future world of work from day one. You’ll learn how to network across a national organisation, use next-generation technology and join volunteering initiatives, as well as receive training from experienced business leaders who’ll inspire you to develop as a person and a professional.
