Business Associate - Placement Student

SAP is looking for passionate, motivated and articulate second year students, currently on course for a 2:1 degree with a keen interest in working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. The Role

In a Business Associate role at SAP you will get a chance to work as part of a fast-paced dynamic team. You will gain insight into the running of a large corporation and be part of a team tackling key challenges as well as day to day tasks in the company. There are also opportunities to be fully responsible for the development and delivery of internal projects. You will attend meetings and help make innovative changes to the organisation and leave your mark on the business. You will have a key role in the delivery a variety of tasks and supporting communication activities for the team.

As a Business Associate, you will be working as part of the fast-paced SAP senior leadership team. You will gain a key insight into the running of the executive offices within SAP, developing an understanding of how global enterprises are being managed; for example, key challenges methods and approaches and executive decision making. You will attend executive meetings and actively contribute to improve the quality of work in your team. You will have a key role in the delivery a variety of tasks, including revenue reporting, ad-hoc analyses, contributing to regional customer experience projects, and supporting marketing and communications activities for the team. This will nurture your analytical and critical thinking skills, creativity, project management and business awareness. There are also opportunities to be fully responsible for the development and delivery of internal projects.

Role Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Business, accounting, IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Time management and the ability to multi-task
  • Effective communicator
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
