How you’ll develop

Broad exposure to our Treasury teams will build your understanding of how we operate and where you’d most like to work. From day one, you’ll start gaining the know-how you need to get your internship off to a flying start and you’ll always be able to count on support from senior business experts. The valuable advice that you’ll receive will strengthen your confidence and help you sharpen your skills. Performance coaching, social events and the chance to take part in projects outside of Treasury will also help you expand your network and develop. Perform well and at the end of the Summer Internship, there is the opportunity to gain a place as a full-time Treasury Analyst.
