Our Spring Week Programme provides the unique opportunity to gain experience across both our Banking and Markets teams and understand what abilities you need to build a successful career within one of the world’s largest and successful banks. In just one week, we’ll improve your outlook through a wide range of experiences and insights. We'll show you the ins and outs of the many areas within Banking and Markets to help you decide where you might fit in across our successful, transatlantic business with global reach. At the end of the week, you could be considered for a Summer Internship.

• You'll be a first year university student in any degree discipline
• You'll be highly motivated individuals and keen to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving
• You'll need a strong interest to discover more about business and finance, be resourceful, team-orientated, have enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic to enable you to deliver to tight timescales
