We have an exciting future ahead where our focus is to continue to build on the success of our service offering whilst also working to drive for improved cost control and ultimately financial performance throughout the UK.

Our Ground Operations function is at the heart of what we do, ensuring that we deliver for our customers each and every day. In order to make sure that we are working as efficiently and efficiently as possible. We have an opportunity within the Ground Operations team in our Northern, working with our management team across all the depots in the north by:-

  • Looking at current methods of how we capture, record and analyse all operational costs weekly for Ground Operations across the UK.
  • Looking at opportunities for cost efficiency and support the operational teams in executing the required changes.
  • Engaging with locations across the region to plan and execute positive change.
  • Project coordination and support of our integration execution, Region specific projects and innovation.
  • Offering ideas, new approaches and ways to tackle challenges within the region or specific locations.
  • Offering a valuable “external” view point in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
