IT Support Analyst Placement

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented (and creative) Support Analyst to join our Global IT Team as a 12 month placement.

The role is based in our offices near Latimer Road/Shepherd’s Bush tube stations in West London.

Job Purpose

A proactive member of a tight critical team which provides extensive IT Support and Services across a range of applications and platforms to locations in the UK.

Contribution to Department/Team:

Work closely with the rest of the team in the provision of proactive support, solutions and services to the operating businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide PC and MAC hardware and software support via telephone, remotely and in person as required.
  • Creation of accounts for new starters on the network, exchange server, telephone system and specified applications as required.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date
  • Responsibility for mobile phones and remote access.
  • External communication to business on behalf of the department.
  • Provide induction training to new starters on key process and procedures.

  • OSX10.11 AND BEYOND
  • ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE TROUBLESHOOTING AND GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
  • ACTIVE DIRECTORY
  • MICROSOFT EXCHANGE USER ADMINISTRATION
  • VPN (SUPPORT OUR REMOTE USERS)
  • SMARTPHONES ( ANDROID & IOS)
  • GENERAL MAC, PC, DESKTOP, LAPTOP, VOICE (MOBILE AND TELEPHONES) AND PRINTER SUPPORT
  • SKYPE FOR BUSINESS TROUBLESHOOTING
  • UNDERSTANDING OF WINDOWS 2012 SERVERS WOULD BE USEFUL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
  • UNIVERSAL TYPE SERVER WOULD BE USEFUL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
  • JAMF WOULD BE USEFUL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
  • SCCM WOULD BE USEFUL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
