Recruitment Marketing Placement

During this Recruitment Marketing Placement you’ll have the opportunity to work across a number of creative, innovative projects as part of our Talent Acquisition Team. You’re focus will be on attracting early talent to the firm through a number of channels including management of campus events, brand ambassadors, social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Your days will vary between:

  • Arranging and supporting careers fairs, campus workshops and office insight days.
  • Being lead ambassador for the careers Instagram account and generating content for email campaigns and our careers website / blog (optimising content to appeal to a diverse range of students).
  • Liaising with job board suppliers to promote our roles effectively.
  • Looking after our on-campus brand ambassador activities and ensuring we meet our objectives.
  • Tracking performance and effectiveness of all attraction channels.
  • Developing and implementing innovative campaigns for attracting early talent.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with assessment centre preparation and delivery.
  • Supporting post offer management and onboarding activities.

What are we looking for

We are looking for collaborative people who think creatively about their work and enjoy embracing challenges. Does this sound like you?!:

  • Achieved, or on track to achieve, a 2.1* or above in a Marketing / Communications related degree (highly desired).
  • High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Marketing, copy-writing and social media experience / background (highly desired).
  • Creative and ideas-led.
  • Interpersonal skills; the ability to build stakeholder relationships and adapt communication style accordingly.
