Continuous Improvements Analyst Placement

Day to day you will make a difference by…
- Working with a number of key business leaders in the Compressor Systems team, to identify, recommend and action process improvements.
- Taking a leading role in the implementation of Office 365, including identifying the strengths or limitations of the system, and recommending how we can use it to increase efficiency.
- Maximising Office 365’s full potential across our projects, ensuring that we adapt the tools to be fit for business needs.
- Producing efficiency reports with greater visibility, sharing data and allowing better team collaboration to reduce project lead times and cost.
- Help advance process automation by exploring unused SAP functionalities and linked them to our day to day activities

The person we are looking for is….
- A student in their penultimate year of university preferably studying in a Business, Engineering or Science-related degree. However, other backgrounds will be considered.
- Interested in a career business analytics and / or process improvements.
- Very interested in IT systems, tools and processes, with the ability to interact with end users and ensure processes are fit for purpose. Although you will be interested in IT systems please note this is not a coding or programming role.
- Confident and sociable – with a desire to interact with colleagues to understand their needs in relation to improvements.
- Aware of SAP based systems and Office 365, either in a University or working capacity.
