The opportunity:

Our busy Procurement team provide a cross-functional, global S&P function that manages our contracted supplier base, provides financial protection to FedEx & TNT and identifies and acts on key risk areas. You will be involved in:

• Delivering critical projects within the department
• Managing new supplier management requests and instigating the renewal process of all contracts
• Maintain and update software category database
• Negotiating adhoc request

What you’ll need:

• To be studying for a degree that offers a placement year opportunity
• To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills
• Have the ability to work using own initiative at times
• Have strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail
• Be able to think analytically and process data and information
• The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
