We now have a fantastic internship opportunity available to join our UK Talent Acquisition team. This is a 12 month placement which will give you a great insight into the recruitment and HR processes in a global organisation.
In this role you will be supporting the UK Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure that our candidates have a positive experience from beginning to end. You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating recruitment activity such as interviews, supporting candidate assessments, recruitment system management and candidate communications.
We are looking for someone with initiative, who is confidence and proactive to be able to manage multiple tasks and contribute to new improvements. The ideal candidate would have intermediate/advanced excel skills and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally, you’ll be interested in Recruitment/HR and be able to show passion and enthusiasm as well as demonstrating excellent customer service skills when dealing with both candidates and internal colleagues.
Studying for Human Resources, International Business or a closely related degree, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
