Recruitment Specialist Placement

A fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a global business servicing our prestigious clients in recruiting and managing their temporary workforce.

We are looking to hire two Recruitment Specialists for the perm recruitment team, managing graduate / internship / volume recruitment campaigns. You will work as part of a team with key responsibilities including:

  • Telephone / video interviewing candidates
  • Scoring interviews using an objective scoring matrix
  • Moderating scores for your colleagues
  • Organising a high volume of assessment centres
  • Assisting in the running of assessment centres at client site

You will also be involved in the following activities associated with working in the Randstad Inhouse Services head office:

  • Organising events – e.g. our annual “Kick Off” event – a black tie event with attendance across Randstad Inhouse Services; the summer barbecue. Typical activities include meeting the Audio Visual company to agree sound and lighting, menu selection, invitations, hotel bookings.
  • Marketing – working with our central marketing team on various marketing projects, reviewing and approving adverts for Randstad Inhouse Services.
  • Senior Management Team support – organising lunches for the SMT, booking hotels and transport.
  • Support for onsite teams as and when required. This may involve payroll, dealing with worker queries or complaints, screening, referencing or visiting other sites to help with candidate registrations.

This role will provide an insight into volume recruitment campaigns, HR and recruitment processes as well as event organising and marketing. You will also gain exposure to the commercial aspects associated with the running of a successful international recruitment business.

Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.

The assessment centre for these roles will take place on Monday 18 March.

Anticipated start date is 1st July 2019.
