HR/Recruitment Specialist Placement

At Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) we work in strategic partnership with our clients, often as part of their onsite teams, to provide a recruitment and temporary workforce management solution.
We are looking to hire four HR/Recruitment Specialists at various locations across the UK to work on our client sites. You will work as part of a team with key responsibilities including:
- Preparation of candidate and new starter paperwork
- Telephone interviewing candidates
- Payroll administration
- Taking references
- Arranging and assisting with the selection process
- Assisting in the management of the temporary workforce including employment relations, managing the performance, absence and conduct of the workers and dealing with grievances or complaints.
- Assisting with resource planning
- Assisting in the preparation of management information reporting where necessary
This role will provide an insight into HR and recruitment processes. You will also gain exposure to the commercial aspects associated with the running of a successful international recruitment business.
Full training will be provided in Employment Relations and Recruitment and Selection.
The assessment centre for these roles will take place between 11th and 29th March at various locations.
Anticipated start date is 1st July 2019.
