Analyst/Auditor Placement
The Analyst / Auditor will be part of the Workforce Analyst team and will be responsible for:
- Conducting labour market analyses using an economic modelling tool and providing accurate and insightful reports using the data.
- Conducting regular audits of worker files to ensure compliance with UK legislation and internal standards.
- Supporting new starter inductions.
- Supporting the Workforce Analyst team in gathering data to present cost saving analyses to existing and prospect clients.
To apply for this role you should have a strong understanding of MS Excel or Google sheets, very strong written presentation skills and an analytical mindset.
You will be based in the Randstad Inhouse Services Head Office in Hartlebury near Kidderminster, however you may occasionally need to travel to client sites around the UK to support with analyses. You will be accompanied on any site visits by another member of the team.
Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
The assessment centre for this role will take place w/c 11 March.
Anticipated start date is 1st July 2019.
