At Cushman & Wakefield, we’re invested in your future. With us, you’ll have support every step of the way, from your first day to the time when you’re ready to move on. We want you to feel the full reach of our global company through hands-on learning, expert advice and international opportunities. We want to see you go further.

About this programme

You’re in your uni years and your property career still seems worlds away. But it’s closer than you think, and now’s the perfect time to get ahead of the competition. With our six-week paid internship in Quantity Surveying, you’ll get hands-on experience – the kind that will set you apart from other graduates when it comes to applying for graduate schemes. And we’ll invest in you, because we believe that your future is a big deal.

What to expect

The Quantity Surveying team cost manages every part of the construction; ensuring projects provide high quality and value for money. On this internship you’ll attend workshops, learn from professionals, and work on live projects with this team. You’ll be assigned a buddy to help you along, and you’ll work to real objectives set by your team – giving you plenty of opportunities to show what you can do. And to make sure you get a fully rounded experience, there will be networking opportunities and social events too.

Eligibility

To apply, you must be in your penultimate year of study (either undergraduate or with a place secured on a masters course) and be on course for a 2:1. Your degree must be specific to Quantity Surveying. And whatever your background, one thing is certain – you must be ready to learn and eager to get involved in as much as possible.
