Sales Operations Executive Placement
We're currently looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our thriving Sales Ops team for a 1-year placement at Tech Data.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the accurate processing of sales orders and where applicable support the sales function with the quoting aspect of the sales cycle.
Supporting all sales activity to achieve both team & company targets.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing.
- To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.
- Prioritise own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.
- Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales.
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, 9am- 5.30pm – 10am – 6.30pm.
