Customer Services Placement
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks such as loading orders and quotes as well as updating service orders
- Inform customers regarding the status of orders
- Assist in the monitoring departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with the support of the team
- Liaise with other Knorr-Bremse business areas proactively sharing information
- Involvement in organising team building events and interdepartmental activities
