Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks such as loading orders and quotes as well as updating service orders
  • Inform customers regarding the status of orders
  • Assist in the monitoring departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with the support of the team
  • Liaise with other Knorr-Bremse business areas proactively sharing information
  • Involvement in organising team building events and interdepartmental activities
