Job Description
- Support admin functions within the business
- Coordinate business travel
- Process purchasing requests
- Support quality management activities
- Support marketing activities within the region
- Monitor reporting calendar
- Completing assign tasks within set timeframe
- Ability to prioritize work to meet business deadlines
- Customer Satisfaction Index
Qualifications
- A good understanding of Customer Service Excellence
- Business administration
- Process flows
- Strong communication skills
- SAP knowledge (beneficial)
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office minimum)
- Ability to analyze and prepare data reports within deadlines & priorities
- Knowledge of German language beneficial
Additional Information
Please note that we would like you to start in July 2019 for a 12-month Internship. This position is open to undergraduates who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their degree course. If you do not fall into this category, then please do not apply.
