Spring Insight Programme
Our Spring Programme is a great way to get a quick taste of life with us.
You will develop skills like working with others, analytical thinking and understanding how a business works. You will attend social events during the programme where you will enjoy networking opportunities with our graduates and senior leaders in addition to learning how Unilever works.
On the final day you will take part in the Selection Day for our summer and industrial placement programmes for the following year.
What do we look for
You don’t need a specific degree background – this is an area where your personality will set you apart. It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills and commercial acumen; you’ll need to be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate.
