Trade Marketing - Kitchen Placement

You will be responsible for supporting marketing activities within key accounts, including national promotions, core range and product information.

Some of your duties will include:

• Collating market and competitor information
• Providing assistance on analysis or promotions using internal systems to help understand which promotions work and why.
• Assist Trade marketing on a day to day requests
• Project work – Supporting the Kitchen Trade Marketing Managers in various projects that occur throughout the year.
• Support the other areas of the business where required to gain experience with a large organisation.

Ideal candidate:

This role will best suit an enthusiastic marketing undergraduate with a passion to learn. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, team players and great communicators with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Qualifications required

Education:

• BA Hons Marketing or Business related degree required
• Expected overall grade 2:1

Specific knowledge:

• Background and interest in marketing and business studies
• Commercially focused, with the ability to initiate and drive forward ideas
• Ability to thrive under pressure, to maintain excellent attention to details and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent time management and orgainisation skills
• Team player with communication skills at all levels
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
