Spring Insight Programme

This 3-day programme will give you a well-rounded overview of the Financial Advisory business at Lazard: its history, culture and people. You’ll take part in skills workshops run by industry experts and product teams, and even have the unique opportunity to shadow an experienced Analyst for half a day.
It’s a great opportunity to get a taste of life at Lazard. Plus, do well on the Spring Insight Programme and you could even have the opportunity to be fast-tracked onto an Internship with us the following year.
About you
You’ll either be in the first year of study of a three year degree, or the second year of study for a four-year degree. You don’t have to be reading finance or business - the main thing we look for is an analytical mind and the desire to challenge yourself.
