Business Analysis and Performance Placement
Who you are:
You are an analytical mind and would be able to work confidently with numbers. You’re enthusiastic and enjoy collaborating with others, working to solve real life issues by thinking innovatively.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be based in our Performance and Analysis team. You will be working on major project to increase the performance and efficiency of the Rail Way, alongside Senior Performance Analysts. Your day could involve monitoring scheduled reporting, dealing with ad-hoc reporting requests and going out to the front line to see where improvements can be made.

Entry requirements:
You must be in your penultimate year and on course at least a 2:2 in a numerical degree discipline.
