Business Transformation Summer Internship
Our Business Transformation Team helps organisations to discover and build their future by anticipating, driving and responding to changes in the customer, regulatory and technology environments.
We help organisations understand how they can best meet their customers’ needs. Then we design the organisations to those needs and deliver both the transformation and operational changes needed to make it a reality.
Our teams combine deep expertise with in-depth industry knowledge. From defining the future workforce, to introducing system, process and operational expertise, we know how to build the organisation of the future.
Roles available in Business Transformation
We are looking for Summer Intern’s in our Business Design Service.
What we look for in candidates:
- A 2:1 degree – please check specific job roles to see discipline areas.
- Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts with structure and clarity
- Great problem-solving skills and the confidence to challenge others
- Ability to work effectively in a team to solve complex problems, often in pressurised environments
- Focus on quality and continuous improvement
- A hunger to learn and be challenged, coupled with ambition to grow personally and professionally
- Keen interest in digital trends, and how they impact people and businesses, would be advantageous
- Availability and willingness to travel across the UK, Europe and beyond, living away from home and working in changing environments.
