Head Office Business Placements

Over the course of the 11-month programme, you’ll pick up an enviable breadth of skills through exposure to different business areas, and involvement on major projects.

We’re open to your fresh ideas and different perspective. You’ll be asked to challenge our current thinking and look for ways to improve on existing processes – you could genuinely make us work smarter.

Your placement will hone your business skills and commercial thinking, and offer you a chance to impact on our business performance – perhaps through running one of our social media pages or researching how to crack a new market.

You’ll have the chance to work with people at all levels of the organisation, from recent graduates to senior leaders. This placement is all about making things happen through working with others. As the same time, you’ll get to build networks with both our business placement and graduate communities.

Development

Your placement is certain to inspire you. But inspiration is just the start of what we offer. Your 11 months with us will develop you into a more rounded person and professional. The focus is identifying areas for skills and behaviour improvement and then proactively acting on these. You’ll even be expected to take ownership of your own development (it’s great preparation for your future career), with the support of the Graduate Manager who runs our Business Placement schemes. We hope your time here will also be a foundation for joining us on our Future Leaders Programme.

About you

• An ambitious, strategic and creative, big-picture thinker.
• Have 300 UCAS Points or equivalent.
• Have at least a 2:1 or equivalent predicted grade on a degree course in any subject.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.
