Client Success Associate Placement

SAP Concur is looking for passionate, motivated and articulate second year students, currently on track for a 2:1 degree with a keen interest in working in a faced-paced, exciting, high tech environment. The Role

There are two roles available with SAP Concur Client Success. Please specify in your cover letter which role you would like to be considered for.

Client Success Associate:
As a Client Success Associate you will be working as part of a dynamic and faced-paced team, with a key focus on supporting the Client Success Managers who look after the client base of 370+ clients. Responsibilities will include conducting reports and running analyses and contributing to the creation of business review decks. There is opportunity to be involved in the coordination and running of customer events, enabling you to gain a key insight into the entire client success cycle. You will develop skills in general business acumen, presenting, communication both internally and externally and gain knowledge of success plans.

Client Success Associate Account Manager:
As a Client Success Account Manager Associate, you will be part of a fast-growing team of professionals who are responsible for over 2,000 customer relationships that range in size from 10 people to 1000+. Key responsibilities will be to work within the team helping clients on a day to day basis. Learning to have business conversations, asking open questions during calls/meetings to help grow our understanding of their business and recognise where we can provide more services to overcome any challenges they are having that we can help with. Account Management is a very busy role that gives an individual the opportunity to learn a lot about SAP Concur products, services, operations and the finance needs of a customer’s business when it comes to managing their cash flow.

Role Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Business, accounting, IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Adept problem-solving ability
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
