These experts are part of Rolls-Royce Control Systems, which provides safety-critical controls and instrumentation expertise to aerospace and other customers around the world. It’s exciting work, based in a new, state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in Solihull. From research, design and test to build, modify and develop, everything here is done under one roof.

The programme

Over 12 months, as well as giving you a first-hand insight into our world-class business, this internship will set you on the path towards a challenging and rewarding career. Perform well, and it could lead to a place on our graduate development programme – a fantastic start to a career with a world-leading industrial technology company. You’ll build a diverse skillset, learning about a range of areas, which could include design, structure, fluid dynamics, thermal theory, electronics, software, performance analysis and testing. Above all, you’ll have the opportunity to work on key projects, sharing your ideas and contributing to the development of world-shaping technology.

Bold, curious and eager to embrace different ways of thinking, you’ll always be looking for new ways to collaborate, contribute, learn, and drive forward our pioneering products.

What you’ll get

  • £17,850 pa (pro rata)
  • Learn from experts
