License Management Associate Placement

SAP is looking for passionate, motivated and articulate second year students, currently on course for a 2:1 degree with a keen interest in working in a faced-paced, exciting environment. The Role

There are two position opportunities available as a License Associate, please specify which role you wish to be considered for in your cover letter.

License Management Associate:

As a License Management Associate, you will be working as part of a dynamic and faced-paced team with a key focus on supporting specific projects and initiatives for License Management across multiple regions. Key responsibilities may include assisting in the implementation of new best practises or tools, the development of ad hoc reporting, team event organisation and coordinating internal team resource. The license management initiatives change dynamically depending on business priorities enabling you to gain an insight into strategic business focus and develop quick thinking and versatile skills. You will be exposed to multiple business functions of SAP, across multiple countries and be responsible for providing regular updates and report to regional management.

License and Compliance Associate:

As a License and Compliance Associate, you will be vital in supporting and enabling the fast-paced UK License Compliance Team to deliver exceptional results through the provision of reports, guidance and effective programme management. You will be responsible for the analysis of compliance data and its maintenance, gaining experience in exporting data and creating efficient designs to present data to team members. Providing general operational support and overseeing customer relation management enables you the opportunity to interact with wider areas of the team and coordinate across business functions. The role further offers you exposure to supporting management with sales information to support company forecast requirements, experiencing senior leader meetings thus developing an appreciation of business priorities and drivers.

Role Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Business, accounting, IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Time management and the ability to multi-task
  • Effective communicator
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
