Associate Solution Sales Consultant Placement

The Role

As an Associate Solution Sales Consultant, you will be working as part of an innovative and dynamic team, with a strong focus on presales consulting, the virtual studio, digital delivery and special projects. As part of this role you will develop SAP Solution and Industry knowledge, receive presales training, knowledge and gain sales experience across the full sales cycle. We have multiple opportunities within the Presales Consultant Associate roles, including:

Presales Communications Associate

The role is principally about:

• Presales Specialist on relevant SAP solution and Design Thinking Facilitation.
• Virtual Studio owner and champion – production of presales videos and content for customer engagements.
• Presales communications owner – create and run presales communications strategy, manage all newsletters, offsite team meetings etc.
• Various ad-hoc special projects for the presales manager.

Presales Predictive and Business Intelligence Associate

The role is principally about:

• Predictive Presales specialist and Design Thinking Facilitation.
• Secondary support and champion for - presales videos and content for customer engagements.
• Presales Operations – management reporting for weekly delivery of deal tracking, management analytics, presales activity and investment reporting.
• Various ad-hoc special projects for the presales manager.
• Please note, the applicant will be studying a predictive, applied mathematics or statistics degree.

Presales Labs Associate

The role is principally about:

• Presales Lab Specialist – supporting the design and build of software prototypes and apps.
• Asset Creation – assisting in the build of physical IoT prototypes.
• App Development – assist in coding custom software solutions using industry standard technologies.
• Demo Prep - working with the Presales team to prepare new demonstrations for customers.
• Demo Delivery - Assisting in the demonstration of Labs prototypes to customers at meetings, marketing events, and in the SAP experience centre in the SAP UKI headquarters.
• Please note, the applicant will be studying a software language/development or mathematics degree.

Role Requirements

• A creative mind and technical ability
• Business, accounting, IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
• The ability to manage multiple tasks working to a deadline
• Effective communicator
• Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
