Human Resources Associate Placement

SAP is looking for passionate, motivated and articulate second year students, currently on track for a 2:1 degree with a keen interest in working in a faced-paced, exciting, high tech environment. The Role

There are two positions available as an HR Associate, please specify which position you would prefer to be considered for in your cover letter.

Human Resources Associate:

As Human Resources Associate you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of the UK HR department, working with a fast-paced and dynamic team. You will be exposed to a wide variety of HR related projects and have the opportunity to understand and contribute to SAP’s HR strategy. Key responsibilities include supporting the team with a variety of tasks including acquisitions, employee development, management development, diversity and many more. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and assist in the reviewing, amending and implementing of HR policies and procedures. You will gain proficient skills in HR systems and reporting skills and get exposure to business areas across multiple functions in SAP. You will have strong involvement and be a key point of contact for the intern community, enabling you to make a real business difference.

Recruitment Associate:

As a Recruitment Associate you will be an integral part of a fast-paced and dynamic team. You will have a key responsibility in the sourcing, screening and selecting of candidates, whilst managing the entire recruitment cycle from application to offer. You are involved in the preparation and execution of multiple assessment centres for graduates and placement students. Assisting in the continual evaluation and adaption of recruiting strategy, you make a real difference in the enhancement of the recruitment process. With opportunities to be involved in global ad-hoc projects, the role exposes you to all areas of the business and enables you to develop a profound business knowledge and insight into SAP.

Role Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Business, accounting, IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Focused, organised and able to manage different initiatives simultaneously
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Excellent communication skills
