Project Specialist - Industrial Placement - South London
Job Purpose:
This placement is ideal for someone that is passionate about the changing customer journey. The automotive landscape is changing significantly and will continue to over the next 10 years. As a business, we need to be able to adapt to the changing needs of our customers through providing an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will be project based focusing on customer service excellence and modern retailing within the London region. The role will include customer & operational working parties and will play a key role in reviewing how we implement the customer journey at our Centres. In addition to this, monitoring results and reporting on successes will be incorporated into weekly responsibilities.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team to deliver objectives
- Ability to work under pressure
- Eye for detail and can do attitude
- Excel skills are essential to support with reporting
Eligibility criteria
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Studying relevant degree subjects working
- 2:1 Expected grade
