Manufacturing Internship

Nestlé Academy has built its reputation as a continual innovator over a history of more than a century and a half. So for an ambitious Manufacturing Intern, it really is the best of both worlds. A safe, secure business with which to start a successful career but, also, the kind of employer that encourages you to try new ways of doing things.

That’s why we’re now looking for people who love exploring ideas. Does that sound like you? For example, have you been wondering what kind of career you might want to develop once you graduate? That bold, impressive ability to look critically at your choices is just what we want to see from the next generation of Nestlé innovators.

What can you expect?

Our 10-week Manufacturing placement will give you access to a real life project with business critical impact. Based at one of our nationwide manufacturing sites, you’ll be working on process improvement, helping to reduce the cost of our products whilst maintaining the quality. You might even support us in developing a new line of products. And if you make a big success of your placement, you may be given the opportunity to come back on our Graduate Scheme!

Join us and you’ll:

  • Gain a key insight into what a role at Nestlé could look like
  • Work in state-of-the-art facilities for one of the world’s biggest food and drink manufacturers
  • See just how we go about manufacturing products for some of the biggest brands on the globe
  • Have the full support to help you gain a true understanding of our business and the function

Who are we looking for?

In your penultimate year at university, you’ll be a real team player, who is highly organised. Achieving results will be as important to you as it for us, so you will be constantly looking for ways to improve things and make them run more smoothly. To excel, you’ll need an analytical mind and be brilliant at forging excellent working relationships and fast.
