How will this help shape your career?
Over a 10-week paid internship, you’ll work on national projects with knowledgeable and supportive teams, develop skills that will build the foundations of your career and take part in volunteering initiatives that give back to communities.

Day to day you could be:
- Supporting projects that will increase opportunities for the Group
- Identifying trends to ensure the best outcomes for our customers
- Helping to build products, services and channel propositions to support our customers’ needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to create new opportunities for our customers
- Developing your digital capabilities
- Actively play a part in our journey to become the bank of the future
