Imagine having the chance to learn the inside scoop on one of the world’s fastest-growing retailers. In case you hadn’t heard, Aldi is riding on the crest of a wave right now as a company that’s eating up market share with an impressive sales growth. Our Industrial Placements are a challenging and eye-opening introduction to retail life. We’ll give you a surprising level of responsibility, but with plenty of support. It’s a year-long programme with a great mix of theory and hands-on experience. There are fast rotations around the business and a chance to express your ideas and perspective along the way.

This isn’t for everyone, but that’s ok. We only want the people who are hardworking, passionate and quick-thinking. Your degree could be in any discipline, but you’ll be working towards a 2:1. Importantly, you’ll need your own car, a full driving licence and a valid UK work permit.

We offer a £25,000 salary for the 12 months you spend with us. You’ll also receive 20 days’ annual leave, on top of Bank Holidays. And, if it all goes well, you’ll have the chance to apply for (big drum roll)… our award-winning Area Manager Training programme.
