Finance Placement

If you have the talent, now is the time to put it to the test. We have approximately 90 one-year placements available each year and they all offer you the chance to develop new skills and gain invaluable industry experience in the real world.

You can choose to join us on an industrial placement in one of the below disciplines:

• Finance undergraduate placement

Entry Requirements

To join our finance placements you must be on course for at least a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in a related subject and also have 112 UCAS points (as per the 2017 UCAS tariff) or equivalent, excluding General Studies.

As a defence contractor there are security obligations placed on the Company meaning that all our applicants must be able to successfully achieve the relevant level of security clearance to join us.

Our Consultants are often the bridge between the business and the technical delivery teams and operate across the full length of the project lifecycle; from helping to identify the problem and defining the solution, to implementing and managing the change required for our clients to reach their goals.

• £18,000 for Business, Finance and Engineering.
• Conditional offer to join BAE Systems as a Graduate and further your career (subject to performance and availability of suitable roles) without the need to reapply

Application Process

We ask all candidates to apply online using our application form to ensure our selection process is completely fair and consistent.

Your online application will involve a number of numerical, verbal and situational strength tests.

If you are successful you will have a video interview, and selected candidates will then be invited to an assessment centre.

Applications are open from the beginning of September, but roles will close when sufficient applications have been received so early application is advised.

If successful you will commence your industrial placement at the end of June 2019.
