Spring Insight Programme

We offer a variety of opportunities including apprenticeships, insight programmes, summer internships, industrial placements/attachments and full time roles.

If you’re at the early stage of your university degree, our insight programme could be the right choice for you. Here you will you discover the ins and outs of the world of banking, join tailored events and develop new skills. We’ll make sure you know all you need to know in advance of applying for a summer internship.

Our Spring Insight programme is typically held in April and offers the following:

  • Firm-wide programme
  • Increased exposure to two lines of business of your choice through work shadowing
  • Key skills development, including tools to navigate the recruitment process
  • Multiple networking opportunities with business representatives
  • Opportunity to develop a network of students from across EMEA

How to apply and what to expect

  • Apply online.
  • Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or University expecting to graduate in 2021.
  • Studying towards any degree subject
  • Should have obtained strong A-Levels or equivalent
  • The online process has two stages and both must be completed before the application deadline.

    • Stage 1: Complete an online application form, competency questions and upload your CV
    • Stage 2: Take the online situational judgment test
    • Selected candidates are then invited to a telephone interview
