Summer Analyst Internship Programme

Over 10 weeks, you’ll be fully immersed in our small team culture, getting involved in live deals with real clients and building your own network within your intern cohort through social events and activities. You can expect the senior bankers you’ll work alongside to treat you like a full-time Analyst - giving you a real flavour for the type of work we do. You’ll also be assigned a mentor and a buddy who will support you through the summer programme.
About you
You’ll be in your penultimate year of undergraduate or postgraduate study i.e. graduating in 2020 with a predicted minimum 2.1 university degree classification (or equivalent if you studied outside the UK).. We look for an analytical mind and the desire to challenge yourself.
You must have obtained a minimum of AAB in your top three A-levels (or equivalent qualification), excluding general studies
Key Competencies include: Acting with Integrity; Appreciating the Bigger Picture; Attitude and Presence; Critical Thinking; Motivation and Fit with Lazard Culture; Building and Maintaining Relationships; Demonstrating Sound Analysis and Use of Evidence; Communicating with Impact; Quality and Delivery Focus; Technical Knowledge (appropriate to the intern role).
We welcome and encourage applications from all degree disciplines. A specially tailored training programme is provided to all interns before they commence in their role so that regardless of your field of study, you will have a strong base of knowledge and training to build upon over the summer.
