Marketing - Marketing Assistant Placement

We are looking for at least five highly motivated, top performers to join our 12-month placement to assist the Marketing - Product Management Team, based at our offices in Slough, Berkshire.

Overview of the role

• Support the Marketing Product Managers
• Working in conjunction with the Brand Marketing Team ensure that the commercial teams are fully equipped with the necessary literature, sales aids and competitor/market information to be able to maximize launch opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and pricing across all key categories including retailers selling prices and competition pricing.
• Liaise with marketing colleagues to ensure all requirements are fully catered for and considered in wider marketing activities
• Support and liaise with the market teams on product related queries and issues.
• Work with the Product Management team to develop launch plans and assisting with Product Research across Europe

You will be or have:

• Second Year Bachelor University Student seeking a placement and intending to return to full education after the placement
• Studying business or marketing (related) bachelor degree and achieved at least 2:1 to date
• Strong motivation to achieve, well organized and structured approach.
• Strong PC Skills
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Flexible approach – to have the ability to multi-task, be open to new methods and ways of working
• Team Player

Eligibilty Criteria

• Second Year Bachelor University Student seeking a placement and intending to return to full education after the placement
• Studying business or marketing (related) bachelor degree
• Must have achieved at least 2:1 in first year and on target to achieve at least 2:1 in the second year
• Must be able to commit for at least 12 months with a start date July 2018(TBC)
• All candidates must have a full UK driving licence.
