IT Service Delivery Assistant

The opportunity:

Our busy IT Service Delivery team works to ensure the availability of IT services to the UK business throughout a long period of business and IT change. As a result of this change, we are looking for a student to join the team; be a part of what we do now; be a part of our evolution; and be a part of what we will become.

As a member of the Service Delivery team, you will be working with the wider UK IT Team, the other TNT UK functions, our customers, our IT suppliers and partners, and the Global IT organisation.

Responsibilities include data gathering and maintenance, incident and change support, performance measurement, process improvement, and involvement in projects as required by the wider UK IT team.

What you’ll need:

• To be studying for an IT or Business degree that offers a placement year opportunity
• To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills
• The ability to work using own initiative at times
• Strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail
• To be able to think analytically and process data and information
• The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
